This is a traditional Andhra dish. Very healthy and a tasty dosa. I have did some changes in the recipe and the dosa turned out to be a very delicious one.
As you know green gram is full of proteins, it is very good for kids and adults too. Try it out...
Ingredients
Whole Green Gram - 50 gms
Green chilli - 2 (increase the number, if you want the dosa to be spicy)
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Onion (finely chopped) - 1 medium
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
I served this dosa with Tomato Salsa. Tasted awesome.

- Drain the water and grind it with ginger, green chilli and salt.
- Transfer this batter into a bowl and add onion. Mix well.
- Heat a non stick tawa and put little oil. Spread a ladleful of batter on the tawa, just like you do for a normal dosa. Cook on both sides.
- Serve it hot with tomato chutney or any chutney of your choice.
