This is a simple, healthy and tasty salad. Sprouted moong has lots of protein and is very good for our health.
Try this simple recipe and iam sure kids would love it.

Sprouted Moong Salad |
Ingredients
2 cups Sprouted Moong
1 large Tomato (deseeded and finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 medium Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 nos Green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 and 1/2 tsp Chat masala
Method
- In a bowl, mix sprouted moong, tomato, onion, capsicum and green chilli.
- Mix well and keep in the fridge for about 1/2 an hour.
- In the mean time, mix lemon juice, salt and chat masala. This is the dressing for the salad.
- Take out the sprouted moong mixture and add the dressing.
- Mix well and serve.
Note: Mix the dressing only when you are going to serve the salad.
