Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar (Powdered) - 2 tsp

1. In a bowl mix maida, baking soda, baking powder, yogurt, salt and sugar. Mix well. Put enough water and make a soft dough, slightly softer than the chapathi dough.
2. Apply oil on the dough and cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for half an hour.

4. Rub little oil in your palms and take a small ball sized dough in your hand. Flatten little by keeping the dough inside your hands into small puris.
5. When the oil is hot, put the bhature in the oil and fry till golden on both the sides.

7. This is definitely not a healthy dish. But once in a while you can enjoy this.
