Fish baked in foil

Fish fillets - 4 pieces
Ginger (sliced)  - 2 inch
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli (crushed) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Aluminium foil

1. Take a piece of aluminium foil in square shape, big enough to seal the fish pieces.
2. In a bowl mix sliced ginger, lemon juice, crushed red chilli, coriander leaves, salt and the fish fillets.
3. Take the aluminium foil and spread little oil. Place the marinated fish fillet on it. You can make individual parcels or all in one pack.
4. Seal the foil by folding in such a way that the steam wont escape from the sides.
5. Heat a tawa with little oil in it, just to coat the tawa. Place the parcel in it and cover with a lid. Let it simmer for approximately 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Once it is done, open the parcel and serve it hot. Its a healthy and tasty dish.
7. You can prepare this dish in a microwave oven also.
