Egg Masala


Egg (boiled) - 4
Tomato (sliced) - 1
Tomato paste - 4 tbsp
Onion (sliced) - 2 medium
Jeera - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Green chilli (sliced) - 2


1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add jeera, onion and salt. Saute till the onion changes to golden brown colour.
2. Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomato paste, sliced tomatoes, green chilli, garam masala and little water. Mix well. Let it cook for sometime. Then add the boiled eggs (cut into half).
3. After sometime, take it off from heat and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
