Ingredients
Boiled chickpeas - 1 cup
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup
Chopped spinach - 1/2 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Bread - 2 slices
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
1. In the mixer, put the bread pieces and make fresh bread crumbs.
2. In the mixer, put the chickpeas and make a smooth paste.
3. Mix the mashed potatoes with chopped spinach, grated carrots, bread crumbs, ketchup, salt, pepper and chickpea paste. Mix well.
4. Make small balls and flatten it.
5. Shallow fry it in a non-stick pan till golden brown colour.
6. Serve it hot.
