Ingredients
Refined flour - 200gms
Icing sugar - 50gms
Butter - 125gms
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Chocolate chips
Chocolate vermicelli
Chocolate Cereal (Chocos)
Method
1. Mix the butter and the icing sugar (powdered sugar) in a bowl with a hand mixer.
2. When it is soft add the refined flour and vanilla essence.
3. Knead it with hands till it become a soft dough.
4. Let it rest at room temperature for about 10 mins.
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius.
6. Take some dough (about the size of a gooseberry) and place 2 chocolate cereal on both sides to form the ears.
7. Place the chocolate vermicelli to form the eyes. ( i have used a piece of chocolate cereal as i did'nt have chocolate vermicelli)
8. For the nose place a chocolate chip. Do the same for the rest of the dough.
9. Bake at 180 degree celcius for about 10-20 mins untill the cookies are light golden brown.
10. When it is done, transfer it to a wire rack and when cooled, serve it.
