Ingredients
Maida - 1/4 cup
Makai ka atta - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1 tsp + for deep frying
Salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add the required water to make a soft dough.
2. Take a small amount of dough and roll it like a chapathi.
3. Cut the rolled dough into 3 equal parts to get triangle shaped pieces.
4. Pork each piece with a fork.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry these pieces till both the sides are light golden brown colour.
6. You can microwave these pieces instead of deep frying. (I couldn't try this as there was a power cut at that time. Will try it out and post it later).
7. Serve it with salsa or a simple tomato sauce. (Will upload the recipe for salsa later)
