Ingredients
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
Vinegar or lemon juice - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin and Coriander powder mix - 1 tbsp
Coconut (grated) - 2 1/2 tbsp
salt to taste
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and keep aside.
For Dough:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoteida - 3 pinch
Besan - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method
1. Mix all these ingredients to make a tight dough.
2. Divide into 3 equal balls and roll it slightly thicker than a roti
3. Spread some mixture on the rolled dough.
4. Roll it inside little bit tight, so that the mixture is inside the rolled dough.
5. Cut it into 1 or 2 inch equal pieces.
6. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the pieces.
7. Fry this in medium heat until it is golden brown.
8. Serve it as a snack. It will remain crispy for a long time.
