Ingredients
Long Brinjals - 3 to 4
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chat masala (optional)
Method
1. Cut the brinjals into thin long strips.
2. Marinate it with turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.
3. Heat little oil in a non stick pan and fry the brinjal strips one by one.
4. When both sides are golden brown colour, transfer it to a tissue paper.
5. Serve it with rice or roti.
6. While serving you can sprinkle little chat masala. But this is optional.
