Ingredients
Chicken Keema - 500 gms
Ginger garlic green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
Cashewnut paste - 2 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbps
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl with your hands.
2. Dampen your hands and take a little chicken mixture and make small balls.
3. Either you can press this mixture a little to make it little flat or you can roll the mixture on satay sticks also.
4. Heat a Tawa with little oil.
5. Place the kebabs you made on the tawa. Turn the kebabs when one side is done.
6. When both the sides are done, put very little butter on both the sides and serve hot.
