Fish Fingers

Ingredients

Fish fillets (cut into finger sized pieces) - 400 gms
Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
Orange juice - 4 tbsp
Mustard paste - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Whole wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oregano powder - 1/2 tsp

Method

1. Wash and pat dry the finger sized cut fish fillets.
2. In a bowl put lemon juice, orange juice, mustard paste, pepper powder, salt, worcestershire sauce, oregano powder and oil. Mix this well.
3. Marinate the fish fillets with this mixture and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes in the fridge.
4. In a plate, mix whole wheat flour, pepper powder and salt.
5. In a non stick pan, put little oil (preferably olive oil) and keep it on medium flame.
6. Roll the marinated fish fingers in the wheat flour mixture and shake off the excess flour.
7. Put the fish fillets in the hot oil. Turn the fillets when one side is done.
8. When the fillets turn golden brown in colour on both sides, take it off the heat and serve hot.
9. It really tastes great..
